Request to join tax parcels
Occasionally property owners may wish to join multiple parcels into one larger parcel. You are establishing that you are the owner of both properties and that the properties are contiguous.
Please be aware that once the parcels are joined they will be assessed together as one.
Once joined they may/or may not
be split based upon future requests.
For example, if it is a requirement that the parcels are joined in order to construct improvements, then any future request to split the parcels will be denied
