The City will reimburse full-time employees, retirees, spouses or retiree spouses (that carry City of Racine health insurance) for 50% of the annual membership fee for a fitness center membership, exercise program (i.e. Spin, Jazzercise) or weight reduction program (WW, Medical Weight loss & Wellness, Inc. and Jenny Craig) up to a maximum of $200 per employee/retiree/ spouse per household.
Medicare Advantage Retirees qualify for the Renew Active benefit and are not eligible for fitness center reimbursement.
A receipt (or receipts) for the complete annual amount paid is required for reimbursement. Partial payments over the year will not be made. Reimbursements will be provided by direct deposit or paper check.

- Attach your receipt(s) of your payment(s) for the fitness center or group exercise program
