Drug Disposal Pouches Now Available

With unneeded or expired prescriptions and other medications, proper disposal is essential to making sure that they are not misused, abused, or accidentally ingested. Many medications cannot be safely flushed or dumped down the drain, but there are easy, free options available for disposal.
The Public Health Department has free drug disposal pouches available for pick up. Stop by the Health Clinic (Room 4, Lower Level) in City Hall (730 Washington Avenue, Racine) to get yours today! Pick up is available Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM. Quantities are limited.
