Not Guilty Form

• Must be filed at least 5 days before your court date
• Cannot be used if your citation has mandatory appearance box checked. You must show up in person
• You will be required to attend a pretrial conference with a representative from the City Attorney’s office to discuss your citation

Motion to Reopen

• Must be filed at least 14 days after your court date
• Within the first 14 days contact the Municipal Court office directly
• Must show good cause to reopen your case
• Motion to reopen must be entered within one year of judgement being entered

Affidavit Of Indigency

• You are unable to pay because of a financial hardship
