The City of Racine is pleased to offer online parking meter payments starting Saturday September 30th, 2017!
Anyone parking at a parking meter within the City of Racine will now be able to pay with the Passport Parking app, making carrying coins a thing of the past.
With the Passport App you will be able to:
- Pay for parking meters without carrying bulky coins
- Save money when you preload your digital wallet
- Receive notifications when your time is about to expire with a convenient countdown timer
- Be able to top off your meter without having to plug in more coins before your meter expires
Note: You will only be able to extend the meter time once, if you wish to stay longer we suggest using one of our parking ramps which offer 24 hour parking for as little as $2 a day

The app be used with a credit card or pre-loaded with funds so parkers don’t have to worry about fishing around for spare change. Frequent parkers will benefit by loading the digital wallet, which provides a $0.15 savings on the convenience fee for each parking session.
