Team Fee (includes 11 players; 10 players COED): $480
Additional Player Fee: $40 (may be added at any time with no limit)
Suggested Sponsor Fee: $40
Registration Information: Teams must submit a properly completed and signed team registration form with all applicable fees. Cash, MasterCard/Visa, or checks payable to City of Racine PRCS for the exact amount are accepted. (Returned checks will incur a $50 charge and elimination from the league).
To Register: Complete the Adult Team Registration Form with the minimum number of required players and submit by:

- Drop-off:
- Monday – Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- 800 Center St. Room 127, Racine
- Mail-in to
