Night Parking Regulations:
Parking at night in the city is generally restricted by the street storage ordinance. Park on the odd side of the street on odd number days and even side on even days. For instance, if after midnight, it would be an odd number day you would park on the odd side of the
street. This ordinance applies Mon-Friday from 2 a.m. – 6 a.m., April 2 to November 30. It will apply 7 days a week from 2 a.m. to 6 a.m. from December 1 – April 1.This ordinance does not apply on city blocks where parking is prohibited one entire side of the block, holidays, on blocks where parking is restricted between 6 AM and 8AM, cul-du-sacs and within two blocks of a “construction zone.”

Winter Parking Regulations:
Seven Days a Week, Alternate Side Parking Regulations are in effect from December 1 to April 1, excepting Thanksgiving Day, December 25th and January 1st.
Vehicles must park on the even-numbered address side of the street between 2 a.m. and 6 a.m. of an even-numbered calendar day; and on the odd-numbered side of the street between 2 a.m. and 6 a.m. of an odd-numbered day.
Vehicles violating these restrictions are subject to ticketing and a $20 fine.
During declared Snow Emergencies:
- No parking is allowed on arterial and collector streets while the Snow Emergency is in effect, violators will be towed
- No Parking on local streets, odd/even side parking restrictions (based on the following day’s date) start when a Snow Emergency is declared, and remain in effect until 6 a.m.
