The City of Racine Public Health Department’s Environmental Health Division provides programs and services to ensure the safety and well-being of Racine’s residents and visitors.

Radon is a dangerous radioactive gas that can leak into homes through your basement or foundation. We have test kits available for a small fee at our Customer Service Department.
Annual inspections are conducted for restaurants, taverns, caterers, hotels, motels and public pools.
