Fitness Reimbursement

The City will reimburse full-time employees, retirees, spouses or retiree spouses (that carry City of Racine health insurance) for 50% of the annual membership fee for a fitness center membership, exercise program (i.e. Spin, Jazzercise) or weight reduction program (Weight Watchers, Medical Weight loss & Wellness, Inc. and Jenny Craig) up to a maximum of $200 per employee/retiree/ spouse per household.
Note:
Medicare Advantage Retirees qualify for the Renew Active benefit and are not eligible for fitness center reimbursement.A receipt (or receipts) for the complete annual amount paid is required for reimbursement, or a copy of your bank statements with the amount paid. Partial payments over the year will not be made. Reimbursements will be provided by direct deposit or paper check.

Submission Deadline: Reimbursement Date: April 18, 2025 May 2, 2025 May 30, 2025 June 13, 2025 June 27, 2025 July 11, 2025 September 5, 2025 September 19, 2025 October 3, 2025 October 17, 2025 November 7, 2025 November 26, 2025 Procedure:
- Complete a 2025 Fitness Center Reimbursement Form
- Attach your receipt(s) of your payment(s) for the fitness center or group exercise program
- Submit everything to Human.Resources@cityofracine.org or:
