Medicare Advantage Retirees
This link is intended for Medicare Advantage Retirees only.
The Medicare Advantage plan will be changing for the 2025 plan year. You may still use the Employee Health and Wellness Clinic and you may still participate in the Wellness Incentive program.
The following changes will occur as of January 1, 2025:
- The carrier of the Medicare Advantage Plan will be Network Health
- The plan design will be changing. Please see the “2025 Summary of Benefits Booklet” document below.
