Unified Health Improvement Plan Released

posted on Thursday, December 19, 2019.

The Unified Health Improvement Plan (UHIP) details the health status of the City of Racine and Villages of Wind Point and Elmwood Park, as well as efforts to maintain or improve community and environmental health.

The UHIP is a comprehensive document that includes the City’s Community Health Assessment, Community Health Improvement Plan, and the Public Health Department’s Strategic Plan. The Public Health Department is requesting that residents read the UHIP and provide feedback. This feedback will be used to shape future health priorities, and contributes to the planning for Public Health Department programs and service offerings.

The UHIP can be viewed on the Public Health Department’s website. Feedback can be sent through an online survey or an email to the Public Health Department.
