2019's Juneteenth Day Celebration was titled “Seeing is Believing” in honor of Racine native, and NBA-league veteran and All-Star, Caron Butler. Caron Butler and his family teamed up with Nancy Lieberman Charities, in partnership with Sport Court, to provide the community of Racine with a brand new Dream Court! The City of Racine also renamed the portion of 21st Street by the Dr. John Bryant Community Center to Caron Butler Drive in honor of Caron's generosity to his hometown.
There was a basketball clinic with Caron Butler, basketball games, a wellness workshop, children’s corner, car show, music, and an opening ceremony for the Dream Court.
